We seek to be a resource to the leaders and members of these organizations as they carry out their mission and ministry.
We are particularly supportive of these unique ministries:
Shalom Farms
A ministry that engages individuals and churches in addressing the issues of food security in the metro Richmond area.
Westview on the James
A Christian camp and retreat center of the Charlottesville, Fredericksburg, and Richmond Districts located in Goochland County.
Pace Center
A Wesley Foundation in ministry with the students and community of Virginia Commonwealth University.
Central Virginia Mission Hub
Central Virginia Mission Hub (CVM) is located in Culpeper, VA and is one of 35 hubs in the Northeast United States and the first in Virginia.
Rachel’s Haven
Rachel’s Haven is a proposed fifteen-unit apartment building on the site of Hinton Avenue United Methodist Church in Charlottesville, Va.
Local Food Pantries
The need for food in the greater-Richmond area has rapidly increased as the effects of the pandemic continue.
We look forward to welcoming new students each year – and at any time during the year. Unlike many student groups at UVA, Wesley is not a club. There are no sign up dates. Wesley is a faith community and the doors are always open.
